Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: At Clean Spaces, we understand that you may need to change or cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours cancellation notice. If you need to cancel service with us entirely, we ask for a minimum of two weeks notice. If you do not notify Clean Spaces of a cancellation, we will need to charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled clean. If a Clean Spaces team arrives at your home and is unable to access your home for cleaning, we will need to charge you a fee for non-access. Likewise, we will hold ourselves to the same standards, valuing your time and your business.
Q: Who will be cleaning my home?
A: All crews at Clean Spaces consist of two or more cleaners to insure a more timely and thorough clean. You will be regularly assigned a team of green cleaning specialists. Our employees are handpicked for their attention to detail, honest communication, and their commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

A: We aim to be a pocket of tranquility in your busy world. Please do not hesitate to let us know if we could do something better or that we are doing something well. After all, communication is the key to any relationship.
